FAQs
(the answer is mostly yes)
Can I put my Glorious Mud mug, bowl or plate in the dishwasher? Yes you can! Life is too short for washing up. Our designs are fired in the kiln at 840 degrees Celsius, this means they can cope with the heat of a dishwasher without fading.
Can I buy wholesale? We love working with gift shops, museums, and galleries to supply you with our products and develop products bespoke to you. gloriousmudceramics@gmail.com
Can you post abroad? We are happy to sell to customers outside the UK. However, import duties and high shipping costs might make it very expensive for you, so please email us first.
How long will my order take to make? If you order something bespoke, for example a map coaster, we will send you the map for approval. Once you except the design and give us the go ahead, you should receive it within two weeks. During the Christmas period. In the run up to Christmas we are out and about at craft fairs across the country, therefore the lead times will be slightly longer. We usually wait until the end of the craft fair season and spend early December frantically making everything! If you are in need of an urgent gift or need something for a particular date, please email and ask and we will let you know if we can fulfil your order.
My order is a gift for someone else, can you send it straight to the recipient? Yes, just let us know via email if you would like us to send a handwritten message with it.
Do you make bespoke products for other organisations? Yes, we enjoy working with charities, museums, and other organisations on bespoke products, often for Christmas. We have made baubles and mugs for a range of companies including; The Royal Academy National Army Museum Great Ormond Street Charity Gilded Bee Grannie Annies Grey Soft Furnishings
